We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards, and money orders. Personal checks are no longer accepted.

Once your order is completed, your credit card information is removed from our database in order to increase your safety.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Every item is carefully inspected to ensure quality and carefully packed for safe shipping. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply return it, along with the original receipt, for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of the original purchase. In order to help us improve the quality of our services, please include written correspondence indicating the reason for your return. Please read Return Care for return/exchange procedures.

Because most items are handmade by original artists and artisans, they may vary slightly in size or color from the image available on the web site. This is a sign of quality and originality which we hope you will appreciate, as it makes your item a unique artistic piece.

Return Care
Please carefully repackage the item(s) in the original packaging material with the original receipt. Returned merchandise must be in good condition and in it's original packaging for full credit. Refunds and exchanges will be made upon receipt of merchandise.

Returned items as a result of shipping damages or an error on our behalf will be fully refunded upon receipt of merchandise.

For your protection, please use a major carrier such as UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service with insured mail, as you are responsible for the safe return of the items and related shipping costs. If the item(s) is received broken, please call the store for full refund information. All other refunds will not include original shipping charges and insurance charges (if applicable).
