Safari Animal Collection, Inc.

Safari Animal Collection is a family-owned and operated business with a remarkable history in San Diego. When Seaport Village first opened along San Diego Bay in 1980, we opened our doors too. Today, we are proud to be the only original shop still operating at Seaport Village.

For more than 45 years, we’ve been about more than merchandise. We’ve been part of generations of family memories—parents and grandparents browsing our shelves, children discovering a favorite plush animal, and visitors from around the world finding that one special piece that captures their love of animals.

Our store is a place where memories are made, animals are celebrated, and generations come together. After more than four decades, we’re honored to continue welcoming locals and visitors to Seaport Village and sharing our passion for animals with everyone who walks through our doors.
